These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by the operator of this website under the name Sundial Driveway Repair. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover the work itself, which is agreed separately in writing.
Information on the site
The guides, blog posts and service pages give general information about driveways in the Phoenix area. They are written to explain how driveway damage happens and how it is repaired, but they cannot account for your driveway, soil, street or city. They are not engineering, legal, tax or insurance advice. City rules and fees are summarized from the published documents and linked where possible; the city’s current version is the authority.
Prices and the tools
Prices on the site are budgeting ranges, each labeled as a typical Phoenix-area range, a national budgeting range or a city fee. They are not quotes or offers. The cost estimator multiplies published ranges by the size range you choose, and the condition assessment sorts visible symptoms using fixed rules. Neither one inspects your driveway, diagnoses what is under it or certifies that anything is safe. A price for your driveway comes only from a written estimate after the work has been looked at.
Estimates and the work
Work is fulfilled by licensed and insured contractors. The scope, price, schedule, exclusions and payment terms for any job are set out in the written estimate and agreement for that job, and those documents govern the work. Nothing on this website adds to or changes them.
Forms
When you send a form, you confirm that the details are yours or that you are allowed to share them, and that you are asking to be contacted about driveway work at the property. How form information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Links to other sites
The site links to government agencies, standards bodies and other public sources so you can read the original. Those sites are run by others, and their content and policies are their own.

The text, images, graphics and the printable checklist on this site belong to the operator of this website. You may print or save pages and the checklist for your own use in planning work on your property. Please don’t republish them or use them commercially without permission.
